Information we collect

• Enquiry-form fields: name, business name (optional), email, phone (optional), customer type, product, approximate quantity, quantity unit, delivery postcode, repeat-supply frequency (where applicable), access notes and message.
• Shopify order and checkout data collected when you complete a purchase (processed by Shopify).
• Correspondence you send us and any information you choose to share when contacting us.
• Standard website usage data such as pages viewed, device type and referrer.

How we use your information

• Processing and delivering orders placed through Shopify Checkout.
• Reviewing and responding to bulk, delivery, trade and repeat-supply enquiries.
• Providing customer support and responding to messages.
• Meeting our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Lawful basis

• Contract — to process and fulfil orders placed with us.
• Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries you have submitted and to operate the website securely.

Sharing

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up on the supply request. Order and accounting records are kept for the periods required by UK tax and company law (typically six years).

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

With your Marketing consent, we use Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to record page views and product-page views, together with technical browser and event information (such as approximate IP-derived location and browser user agent collected by Meta). The lawful basis for this optional activity is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. Data may be processed by Meta group companies, including transfers outside the UK, subject to Meta's own privacy safeguards.

After Marketing consent, we also send two additional standard Meta events: InitiateCheckout is sent when a visitor deliberately proceeds towards Shopify Checkout from a product page, and Lead is sent only after an enquiry has been accepted successfully by our server. The Lead event contains fixed event metadata only (enquiry category, form location and submission status); no enquiry-form values, customer contact information, message contents or server or database identifiers are included. Submitting an enquiry form does not subscribe you to marketing. Meta Purchase tracking is not active on this website, the Meta Conversions API is not active, and customer data is not supplied for Meta advanced matching.
